Snaps...

We had an amazing weekend and I lots of memory pictures. I was able to grab these two "snapshots" and am quite pleased with them!

Life is getting crazy!

So... I did a senior shoot last weekend that ended up taking 6+ hours! Although I was exhausted, I had a blast and was blessed enough to have a great model! We went all over town and tried to get as many unique shots as possible. In retrospect, I've decided I should NOT be nominated for Photographer of the Year because we did a VERY dangerous thing---we shot near a moving train... a FAST-MOVING train. That being said, it was an amazing experience and she definitely has some wonderfully unique and stunning senior portraits!

Up & Coming??

So, during our little jaunt to Brownwood, my child took the camera from Santa Claus... The results are AMAZING! I've done absolutely NO POST-PROCESSING to this photo---wonder if I'll be able to live vicariously through my child in 10 years????

New Random Shots

Yippee!! We took a little "jaunt" to Cross Plains, Brownwood, Bangs, Santa Anna, Coleman, Lawn and back home! Boy, did I get to shoot!! Here's some of the loot:

Whinny

It finally warmed up enough to grab a few shots! This was taken fighting 37mph wind gusts!

I took this for my child---who LOVES horses as much as I did when I was that age! This particular horse didn't want to leave my camera alone... I think she saw her reflection in the lens!

Side note: You all know that I love the Photoenthusiast Forum, right? Well, since I'd been giving SmugMug a trial run, I thought I'd post a couple of things on their DGrin forum... The only thing that did was reiterate why I love being a member of the Photoenthusiast Forum... it's truly like an extended family--we're large enough to be able to learn something from EVERY member and we're small enough to get to know each other! Praise God for His wonderful blessings!
